Youth Leadership Program

YOUTH LEADERS AT THE nbgc

Leadership Opportunities

If you are entering 7th-12th grade and 13 or older and love working with children, going on adventures and creating community, the NBGC youth leader program is the place for you!

The Leader Program is what NBGC is all about! The youth leader team is comprised of 13-25 year old leaders & staff who are responsible for the day to day operations offered by NBGC. This group of dedicated young people facilitate athletic, social and educational programs and become role models for the members that they care for. Individually they bring to the Clubhouse a variety of strengths that collectively make an AWESOME TEAM!

A few benefits of becoming a youth leader:
- Hands on experience and job training
- Opportunities for leadership development
- Performance-based stipends

- Access to a pool of scholarship dollars each year
- Ability to participate in team building activities, such as outdoor adventures, holiday get-togethers, and trips
- Joining a community of like-minded young leaders
